MICHAEL NITSCHE
Executive Director
Michael Nitsche is the Founder and Executive Director of ARQ Capital, bringing extensive expertise in corporate advisory within the equity capital markets, with a focus on deal structuring, mergers, and acquisitions. Under his leadership, ARQ Capital has flourished by fostering robust, long-term client relationships.
Mr. Nitsche began his career as a Private Client Advisor at various stockbroking firms, later serving as an Institutional Advisor at DJ Carmichael from 2011 to 2014. Prior to founding ARQ Capital, he held an Associate Directorship at BBY for one year. His directorship experience spans listed and unlisted public and private boards across diverse market sectors. Mr. Nitsche holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Finance, specializing in Wealth Management, from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA).
Additionally, he is a Co-Founder of Blinklab Ltd (ASX: BB1) and serves as a Non-Executive Director of ECS Botanics Ltd (ASX: ECS).
